一、 豬肉水餃：五斤餃子皮，豬肉三斤，高麗菜四斤，蔥一斤，薑碎末80g，
金蘭醬油〈玻璃罐裝〉70g，香油70g，鹽30g，烹大師20g，水50c.c，
白胡椒粉酌量。
※豬肉水餃：2斤餃子皮，豬肉加雞肉二斤，高麗菜二斤，蔥半斤，薑碎末80g，金蘭醬油〈玻璃罐裝〉40g，香油40g，鹽15g，烹大師10g，水25c.c，
白胡椒粉酌量。
Ingredients:

蝦仁兩斤，薑碎末80g，金蘭醬油〈玻璃罐裝〉70g，香油70g，鹽30g，
烹大師20g，水50c.c，白胡椒粉酌量，醋5c.c。
Directions:
作法：豬肉三斤需較好的五花瘦肉請老闆當場絞以保品質，高麗菜四斤需手工切一公分大小後，用鹽搓3-5分鐘，用清水漂洗三次後，瀝乾約需一小時。蔥切細〈切時可打開一包鹽巴以防流眼淚〉。薑碎末80g加水50c.c泡著備用，金蘭醬油〈玻璃罐裝〉70g，香油70g，鹽30g，烹大師20g可混在一起備用。豬肉絞好開始拌入薑汁水〈所有過程一定要同一方向攪拌〉，加調味料混合汁攪拌。加瀝乾的高麗菜蔥末和勻，醒二十分鐘即可包。〈蝦肉水餃作法一樣只是多加芹菜末和醋，而蝦仁丁在最後才拌入即可〉

The 3 saints from Chiayi came here to join one-month training in Malabon, and they'll be going back to Taiwan this week, so we've accompanied them to buy some pasalubongs before they went back, it was fun being with them, especially with brother Jim's son around...:)

二○○七年韓國福音節期通啟
親愛的聖徒們，
我們在主裡喜樂的向你們宣報，關於要來八月二十六日（主日）至九月九日（主日）在韓國福音節期的訊息。近來藉著與同工們的交通，我們從主領受了厲害的負擔，為著祂身體的擴增，並為著開展主的見證興起新的召會。
同時，我們何等感謝主！在七月底，韓文的新約恢復本聖經將印製完成，即時應付了福音節期的需要。『恢復到聖經』將是此次主在祂身體中行動的主題。藉著分送這項最有價值的禮物給所有主的選民，我們將推廣新約聖經恢復本，並傳揚國度的福音。
我們極其盼望許多來自海外的聖徒能於此時同來配搭。並願主藉此在祂身體裡的行動，在韓國宣揚祂悅納人的禧年。
