After so long a time, I finally shared in the meeting tonight at Quezon City. I was really touched with the message spoken by the brothers, but was so nervous then that I didn't share what I'm touched most.
Bro. Wilie Wise fellowshipped that the way for us to prepare our vessel is by:
1. A. Truth
B. Character
C. Education
D. Confessing
2. Going
3. Prayer
4. Giving
I was reminded once again of what I'm here for. I'm here not for myself, not to make a living for myself, for my family or for my own interests. He reminded us that we are here to be part of the Bridal-army, the uncut stone that will crush the mountain (as written in Daniel and Revelation). We should be here for the Lord's interest on earth. His desire should be our only desire.
Right now the Lord's move is in Europe. We should not have a localistic view, wherein we just cared for our own locality or our own nationality. Rather, we should follow the Lord wherever He is leading us. We should not be left behind.
We should cooperate with the Lord in His move to Europe. There are three ways of going, it is by going there, by praying, and by giving. We should not think that since our situation right now may not seem that we can be released to go to Europe, then we should just ignore it, but we should constantly be reminded that this is where the Lord's move is now. We may not be able to go now, but we can still work and give by offering for the Lord's move. We should also put this matter into our prayers. This is the Body life, our moving in one accord.
When I was applying for a job, I was given many choices. There was a job in Singapore that was offered to me, it has a contract of 2 years. I was attracted by the salary, but inside me the Lord kept on bothering me, what does this have to do with going to Europe? If I took that position, would it lead me to Europe in a shorter time? I think no. So in the end, I declined the offer, and I felt peace inside. Recently, due to busy work schedule, I forgot about my vision. I felt so dry then, I do not know where I am going, and what I am here for. But thank the Lord, He caused me to attend the meeting tonight. My consecration to the Lord was renewed, Lord, here I am, send me!
The brothers also shared that we should take proper care of our vessels. We should really be constituted with the truth. Brother Wilie tested us by asking us what is the difference between "Sarai" and "Sarah". I remembered that I have read about that before, but I already forgot its real significance. I was really exposed that I so lack in constitution. The brother shared that if we went to Europe yet without the right weapons then we wouldn't be useful to the Lord. So we should take care first of our constitution, character, education and confession to have right relationship with God before going. Then the enemy will be crushed. Hallelujah!
